South Block is hiring a Head Coach to lead a store in the DC area. You will manage operations, mentor a growing team, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

We offer a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus a quarterly bonus, with comprehensive benefits and a culture that values growth and accountability. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with supportive leadership and clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GM experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest-service focus.
