Job summary

South Block HQ in Ashburn, GA is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations, drive results, and build a high-performing team. You’ll set the tone on shift, hire and coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

This role offers a clear growth path, a base salary of 60,000–70,000 USD, a quarterly bonus program, and a deferred profit-sharing plan, plus health benefits, unlimited PTO, free meals, and other perks.

Qualifications

• GM experience in food & beverage or hospitality (2+ years).
• Hospitality mindset focused on people, culture, and guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with calm, flexible problem-solving.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities
