Job Description: Soccer Coach

Soccer Stars United is a leading youth soccer training company serving children ages 4 and up across Long Island and Eastern Queens. We are looking for experienced and passionate soccer coaches to join our team as we continue to grow our community.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek reliable, enthusiastic coaches who love working with children, have a strong soccer background, and are dedicated to skill development, teamwork, and creating a positive environment. This role involves training players of various skill levels, fostering growth, and promoting the love of the game.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years coaching or working with children aged 4-15
• At least 1 year coaching travel soccer
• Creative, detail-oriented, and coachable

Availability

• Weekday practices from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
• Weekend games
• Operational hours: Weekdays 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM; Weekends 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Seasonal schedule: Spring (April-June), Fall (September-December), limited hours in Winter and Summer

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation within a 45-minute radius
• Comfortable using mobile devices for scheduling and communication
