Job Description: Soccer Coach

Soccer Stars United is a leading youth soccer training company for children ages 4 and up, serving Long Island and Eastern Queens. We are seeking experienced and qualified soccer coaches to join our talented team.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking passionate, experienced, and reliable coaches who love working with children, have a passion for soccer, and excel at teaching fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching, a dedication to fostering skill development, and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include training and mentoring players of all skill levels, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive sports environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of coaching, teaching, or working with children aged 4-15; at least 1 year of coaching travel soccer; coachable, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Traits We Value: Dependable, adaptable, passionate about helping children grow, skilled at building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Availability: 2 weekday practices (4:30 PM - 8:00 PM), weekend games, seasonal schedule (Spring, Fall, limited hours in Winter and Summer).
• Transportation: Reliable transportation within a 45-minute radius.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using mobile devices for scheduling and communication.
