Job summary

KidStrong McDonough is seeking an enthusiastic Head Coach to lead programs for children from 15 months to 11 years old. You will guide brain, physical, and character development within our evolving monthly curriculum and communicate the ‘why’ behind the KidStrong approach to parents.

Responsibilities include scheduling coaching staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring smooth class execution across weekday and weekend sessions. Prior experience with pediatric settings is a plus.

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
