Qualifications

• Demonstrate and teach equipment usage for every piece of equipment utilized.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head Coach to lead a team of engaged professionals who have a passion for fitness and helping our members achieve More Life. The Head Coach will inspire, train, and support both staff and members while fostering a caring and collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Ensure members use correct form and provide corrections when necessary
• Understand the science behind our workouts, especially heart‑rate focused training programs, and stay aware of industry trends
• Demonstrate and teach equipment usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Act as a team player and mentor to studio staff

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Be AED/CPR certified
