Job summary

Orangetheory - Franchise #0355 in New York is seeking a passionate Head Coach to motivate members during workouts and ensure their correct form. The ideal candidate will hold a current fitness certification and AED/CPR certification.

The role involves leading a team of professionals, understanding heart-rate focused training, and creating a collaborative environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Be AED/CPR certified.

• Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training.
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate equipment utilized in workouts.
