Job summary

Blink Fitness is seeking a Club Manager in New York to lead a team of fitness professionals, set high standards, and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will hire, train and coach staff while driving member growth and revenue.

Work on the floor and front desk to ensure service excellence, monitor cleanliness, and manage payroll and expenses within budget. Partner with Training teams to maintain a fully staffed, productive club and promote retail and food-and-beverage sales.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability in fitness or professional settings.
• Minimum two years of management experience in customer service.
• Ability to hire, direct and train staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honesty and personal integrity.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
• Knowledgeable about the service and fitness industry.
• Computer literate.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a winning team of Moodlifters through hiring, training, motivating, coaching and evaluating staff.
• Drive member count and ancillary revenue to ensure the club meets and exceeds targets.
• Partner with the Personal Training teams to guarantee a fully staffed team of productive trainers.
• Spend time on the floor and at the front desk to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Walk the floor regularly to evaluate facility cleanliness.
• Manage payroll and supply expenses within budgets.
• Drive sales of retail and food and beverage products.
