Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a classically trained Chef who will lead from the front—planning menus, coordinating a kitchen team, and delivering high-quality meals with excellent presentation.

You will manage staff, ensure sanitation and safety standards, and collaborate with management to meet client expectations. The role emphasizes consistent, fresh, from-scratch cooking with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional, high-volume food production or catering.
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff and manage schedules.
• Background check: required.
• Must hold or obtain a valid manager level sanitation certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in menu planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, and execute menus.
