360 Grille at Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is seeking a talented Restaurant Chef to lead the daily kitchen operations and uphold the highest food quality standards in a fine dining setting.

You will develop and mentor culinary staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to menu development to create memorable dining experiences for guests at our premier Shoals property.
