You will oversee daily operations, mentor culinary staff, and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning in a high-end setting.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations at 360 Grille, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional food quality in a fine dining environment.
• Team Development: Supervise, train, and motivate culinary associates while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
• Culinary Excellence: Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, taste, and portioning while upholding the highest culinary standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee food purchasing, inventory, production levels, labor, and waste to control costs and maintain operational efficiency.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary and Food & Beverage leadership on menu planning, product testing, and innovative offerings that enhance the guest dining experience.
