Next Door Beach Bistro, a Modern American/French concept located beside The Golden Lion Cafe, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a vibrant kitchen, craft innovative menus, and inspire a skilled culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee food safety, cost controls, banquet and catering operations, and collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and local diners.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years as Head Chef or equivalent in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience crafting seasonal, guest-driven menus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe.
• Experience coordinating catering and banquets.
• Ability to manage inventory, costs, and waste.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with FOH.

• Supervise cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen staff.
