B&A ENTERTAINMENT INC is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen, develop innovative daily specials, and ensure flawless meal execution across all service periods. You will craft menus, guide the culinary team, and maintain a high standard of quality.

You will oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure strict adherence to food safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Create innovative specials according to the seasonal availability of ingredients and customer expectations.
• Oversee kitchen operations with the goal of increasing revenue and profit.
• Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentation.
• Provide training and leadership for kitchen staff.

• Follow all food safety rules and regulations.
