Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Head Chef in the United States to lead kitchen operations, manage food purchasing, inventory, and labor costs while upholding Snooze quality and safety standards. You will train staff, collaborate with FOH, and ensure the highest standard of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have knowledge of food, beverage, and service generally involving at least 3+ years of operations and leadership experience.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register and Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen functions including purchasing, storage and inventory.
• Ensure recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards are followed.
• Train Snoozers in safety, sanitation and food preparation, and manage labor costs.
