Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen functions including food purchasing, storage and inventory.
• Ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and portion control across Snooze recipes.
• Train Snoozers in cooking methods, presentation and cost control.
• Staff scheduling and labor cost management in line with forecasted sales.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
