Smokey’s in Manitowish Waters, WI is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, oversee line cooks, and open/close the kitchen. The role requires hands-on leadership and delivering guests a memorable supper club experience.

Qualifications

Smokey’s is an intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and prepare delicious meals for our guests. The Head Chef will lead and direct line cooks, as well as open, prepare and close the kitchen. If you have Wisconsin roots or just love classic supper club-style cuisine, this is the opportunity for you!Hours: Full-time - five nights a week, including weekends and some holidays.This position is in Manitowish Waters, WI.
