Smokey's in Manitowish Waters, WI is seeking a dependable Line Cook to prepare supper club classics with fresh ingredients in a close-knit kitchen. The role involves cooking quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with a small team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Hours are Wednesday–Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM. Relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match, paid holidays, PTO, and gym

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• 3+ years of cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly in a busy kitchen.

A taste of northern Wisconsin nostalgia, with a modern twist. Smokey's serves up supper club classics with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of tradition. We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook who takes pride in preparing great food with fresh ingredients in a close-knit kitchen.

Hours

Wednesday – Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM
