Job summary

Home Depot is seeking Cashiers to provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service at checkout and during returns. You will handle Checkout and Return transactions, monitor Self-Checkout, and help customers with product knowledge while identifying selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of cashier experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to explain products and opportunities to customers.
• Willingness to train and coach others.

• Process checkout and return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain Self-Checkout area.
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in training Front End Associates.
