Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and Return transactions and monitor Self-Checkout.
• Escalate customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates.
• Expedite price checks, approve POS transactions and markdowns for various registers and services.
• Help minimize shrink by following all store policies and procedures.
