Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds.
• Provide price match, stock information, and warranty details to customers.
• Support frontline team with training, coaching, and coverage as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including housekeeping standards.
