Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service daily per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Respond to questions and guide customers through projects.
• Communicate stock, warranty, and program information.
• Operate cash register for sales, returns, and refunds.
• Process orders, verify receipts, and load tickets.
• Monitor cash in drawer and reconcile daily.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
