Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides coaching and training to Front End Associates.
• Escalates customer issues at first level and supports supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions quickly and accurately and monitor Self-Checkout areas.
• Provide customers with product information and identify selling opportunities.
• Follow policies to minimize shrink and handle price checks, POS transactions and markdown approvals as a Head Cashier.
• Coordinate with Head Cashier to position and support Cashiers across registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, and Tool Rental.
