We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Head Cashier. This role involves supervising cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with register issues and inquiries.
3. Manage store cleanliness, including restrooms and parking lots, and monitor supply levels.
4. Maintain security by overseeing exit doors and monitoring loss prevention issues.
5. Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with company policies and regulations.
6. Assist in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for cashiers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 30 lbs. and moving carts.
