Job summary

Broadway Cannabis Market in Portland's NW Downtown is seeking a Lead Budtender/Keyholder to supervise daily floor operations and support customers and staff.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on cannabis products, processing payments, weighing and labeling, managing stock, and coordinating online orders.

Required are a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit, 21+, HS diploma, and prior budtender experience; we offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit (required).
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate knowledge of cannabis.
• Computer software and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify age as needed, and advise on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Educate customers on safe cannabis use and stay updated on products and trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Weigh, package, and label products per OLCC regulations.
• Keep the floor, check-in area, and stock organized and clean.
• Process, fulfill, and close online and delivery orders.
• Communicate stock and procedure updates via Slack.
