Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of OLCC sales limits.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances without notice.
• Understand and comply with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Turning on Slack notifications and acknowledging procedure updates.
• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs, budgets, and reactions to strains.
• Stay updated on new products and industry trends through research and testing.
• Process customer payments using the POS system.
• Keep the dispensary clean, stocked, and organized with cannabis and non-cannabis items.
• Educate customers on safe use of cannabis items.
• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products per OLCC regulations.
• Check customer IDs to verify legal age.
• Follow procedures and directions from management.
