Qualifications

• Experience as body shop manager or collision center manager.
• Proven leadership in collision or automotive environments.
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes.
• Ability to manage teams, workflow, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the collision center or body shop.
• Oversee estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Drive profitability, revenue growth, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, gross profit, and production output.
• Ensure quality control and proper repair standards.
• Manage insurance relationships and DRP programs.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and satisfaction (CSI).
• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and repair processes.
