Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead a high-energy team in a busy dealership environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality repairs, manage the shop schedule, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, process improvements, and maintaining safety and compliance while delivering top-notch service with hours available and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager.
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
