Qualifications

• Organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport (major sports).
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and ongoing study of new theories.

Responsibilities

• Sets the fundamental philosophy, skills and techniques to be taught; plans staff conferences and meetings.
• Trains and informs staff, encourages clinic attendance and professional growth.
• Delegates duties, supervises implementation and evaluates staff effectiveness.
