Job summary

ReNEW Schools is seeking a Head Baseball Coach for the Centerville Senior High School baseball program in Centerville, Indiana. This role leads the baseball program, plans practices and games, and guides student-athletes in skill development and sportsmanship.

The candidate will supervise assistant coaches, ensure compliance with CACS and IHSAA policies, and complete all required background checks and employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous baseball coaching experience preferred.
• Provide leadership and direction for the baseball program.
• Plan and conduct practices, games, and team activities.
• Develop student-athletes' baseball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character.
• Supervise and work collaboratively with assistant coaches.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administration.
