What We’re Looking For:

• Speed Demon with Standards: You move fast, but your bakes stay flawless. Mistakes are minimal, because you care.
• Team Leader Energy: You know how to motivate a team of 3, set the vibe, and lead by example.
• Ownership Mentality: You treat the bakery like it’s your business—always aiming to make your location the top-producing one.
• Pro-Level Experience: You’ve worked in a professional baking environment, and you know the rhythm. Gluten-free experience is a plus, but definitely not required.
• Smooth Operator: You’ll step into a well-oiled machine. Our systems are dialed in, our process is clear, and the transition will be smooth. We’ve got your back.

Your Schedule

• Baking shifts start at 2 am but you are home before lunch time! Although not for everyone, it is an awesome feeling to be done working when most people are only starting their workday!
• Typical shifts (2 am to 10 am)
• 5 Days per week; 2 Days Off in a Row each week
• Weekend and Holiday availability is essential because families will be making memories with the goodies you baked for them!!
