Job summary

Go4 is seeking a Head Athletic Trainer for Loudon County Sports Academy for the 2026 football season. The successful candidate will oversee athletic training services, injury evaluations and rehabilitation, and run the Athletic Training Facility.

Role requires CAATE-accredited master’s, BOC certification and VA licensure, with 2–5 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome). Position is based in Leesburg, VA with relocation and professional-liability-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program.
• BOC certification required and VA state licensure.
• 2–5 years of athletic trainer experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sports medicine program for the school and manage injuries.
• Provide AT services at practices and games.
• Coordinate pre-participation exams and medical referrals.
• Manage Athletic Training Room, inventory, and budgets.
• Support safety planning and policies with Athletic Director.
• Evaluate new techniques and equipment for program.
• Maintain records using Healthy Roster.
