Jackson Physician Search is assisting a coastal Southwest Florida practice in recruiting a Head and Neck surgeon. This opportunity offers a strong base salary with uncapped earning potential within a supportive group of more than 120 providers and a robust primary care referral network.

The role focuses 100% on head and neck surgery, including high-volume thyroid and parathyroid procedures, with microvascular experience required.

• TORS experience preferred but not required.

• Head and neck surgery exclusively (100%), including high-volume thyroid and parathyroid procedures.
• Support in clinic, OR and hospital rounds with shared call rotation and APP support.
