Pinnacle Health Group, LLC is seeking an experienced ENT physician to take over a brand‑new clinic in a growing Mississippi community. The practice already generates over $1.3 million per year and sits with no competing ENT within a 70‑mile radius, supported by state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a full practitioner team.

Compensation includes a base salary with RVU, a $100k sign‑on bonus, a $50k per year retention bonus, relocation assistance, and robust benefits such as malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the United States.
• US residency and/or fellowship training required.
• Board eligible or board certified in ENT is expected.
