Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a well-established, physician-owned ENT practice in South Florida. This is an expansion opportunity, not a replacement, with a plan to open a third office in 2027 led by the owner.

You can focus on rhinology if desired, with options for FESS, balloon sinuplasty, and office-based sinus procedures, plus in-office imaging and potential privileges at hospitals and surgery centers. Schedule is standard clinic hours with two surgery days.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Rhinology and extended endoscopic experience are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established ENT practice and help run two existing offices.
• Provide comprehensive ENT care with PA support; patient care paths set by physicians.
• Offer potential rhinology focus with FESS, balloon sinuplasty, and office-based sinus procedures.

Job description

A well-established, physician-owned ENT practice in South Florida is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join its team. This is an expansion opportunity, not a replacement role. The practice has served its community for more than 30 years and is opening a third office in 2027. The owner will lead the new location and is looking for a physician to help run the two existing offices.

The Practice

• General ENT practice with a strong sinus and nasal patient base
• Room to build a rhinology focus, including FESS, balloon sinuplasty, and office-based sinus procedures
• In-office imaging and image-guided sinus surgery
• Flexible on focus: rhinology only, a mix with general ENT, or rhinology and sleep together
• PAs see all initial visits, with the physician seeing first follow-ups and setting the care path
• In-office surgery in a state-certified Level III OR, with anesthesia provided
• Hospital and surgery center privileges available if you want them

Schedule + Lifestyle

• Clinic hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Two surgery days per week
• No hospital call unless you choose to take it
• Office call is covered by PAs first, with the physician as backup. Call-ins are rare

Qualifications + Compensation

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery
• Proficiency in FESS, balloon sinuplasty, and office-based sinus procedures preferred
• Fellowship training in Rhinology and extended endoscopic experience are a plus, but not required
• 2027 graduates welcome
