Job description

A well-established private ENT-Head and Neck Surgery practice, affiliated with a leading academic medical center and cancer center, is seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck Oncologic Surgeon. This role combines a true private practice model with an academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, offering clinical independence, strong earning potential, and an established, high-volume surgical workload.

• Join a specialized oncology-focused team of surgeons —including Head & Neck microvascular surgeons as well as facial plastic/reconstruction
• Replacing a current Head & Neck surgeon within an established, high-volume practice
• Flexibility to balance complex oncologic cases with general ENT cases
• Integrated into a multidisciplinary cancer center clinic
• Strong referral base via a large tertiary academic health system spanning multiple regional hospitals and a broad provider network
• Academic appointment (Assistant or Associate Professor) with resident teaching and mentorship opportunities across multiple specialties
