Job summary

Infra Pipes is seeking a Packaging Operator to maintain HDPE pipe quality through manufacturing and packaging. You will monitor the process, check markings, prepare reels, and move finished product to inventory with a forklift.

Responsibilities include supporting extrusion start-ups, keeping a clean work area, and following safety guidelines. Requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years’ experience, and basic math and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience performing the essential packaging duties.
• Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and measurement.
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product during manufacturing to meet order requirements.
• Check print and footage markings and make corrections as needed.
• Prepare reels and place on coiler; ensure reels are in good condition.
• Transport finished reels to inventory using a forklift.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and assist extrusion tech with line start-ups.
• Complete line operations paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company safety policies.
