Job summary

LIGHTSPEED NTW LLC is seeking a Directional Drilling Superintendent to oversee all HDD operations, plan projects, manage multiple drill crews, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, client and subcontractor relations, personnel development, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations. This role is primarily field-based with some office work in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of directional drilling experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Deep knowledge of HDD operations, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple crews effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HDD projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead multiple directional drilling crews and provide training and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols.
