Job summary

A national turnkey infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Drilling Crew Foreman to lead underground drilling operations. This role empowers professionals to manage their own crews while delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and mentoring crew members. Ideal candidates will have strong HDD experience, a valid CDL, and excellent communication skills. Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 weekly based on performance, with full operational support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in underground drilling operations (HDD).
• Valid driver’s license (CDL) required.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and restoration work.
• Prior experience leading field crews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of in-house UG drilling crews.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and client specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members for growth.
