Job summary

Utilities One is seeking an experienced Drilling Crew Foreman to lead underground HDD drilling operations across our project regions. You will manage your own crew, uphold safety and quality, and deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers autonomy, project ownership, and production‑based compensation, with company backing, safety focus, and growth opportunities as you expand crew capacity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Underground drilling experience (HDD) with at least 2+ years in the field.
• CDL license is required to operate on-site locations.
• Ability to read and interpret job prints and bore profiles.
• Strong leadership and communication for guiding field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of in-house UG drilling crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client specifications are met.
• Manage jobsite documentation, restoration, and bore logs.
• Coordinate with regional managers to meet project goals.
• Read and interpret job prints and bore profiles.
• Train and mentor crew members for growth and consistency.
• Drive production results while maintaining quality.
• Oversee equipment use and maintenance for readiness.
• Grow crew capacity to take on more work and earnings.
