Job summary

OKLAHOMA CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY seeks a supervisor for the Housing Choice Voucher Program to manage intake and recertification for applicants and participants in Oklahoma City. You will oversee Application Specialists and Recertification Officers I, ensuring adherence to policies and rollout of new procedures.

Coordinate with social service agencies, manage rent-change updates, and produce monthly program reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with college level courses in psychology or sociology, and over two years experience.
• Familiarity with basic computer principles; typing, ten key and office software experience.
• Ability to interpret Federal regulations and work effectively with the public.

Responsibilities

• Monitors scheduling of recertifications prior to lease expiration.
• Supervises HCV intake and recertification staff.
• Assists with application processing requirements.
• Cooperates with social service organizations regarding resident income and recertifications.
• Coordinates updates of rent changes and assists in monthly close-out.

Education
