Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager of HCP Marketing – Health Systems & Long-Term Care to lead marketing strategies for Nuplazid across health systems and LTC settings. You will translate brand strategy into value, access, and pull-through tools for IDNs, COEs, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to create account-based materials, education decks, and CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with MLR and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, life sciences, business administration; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible pharma/biotech marketing experience; Senior Manager level; 5+ years at Manager level considered
• Prior HCP marketing experience with promotional/NPP materials, CRM, field tools, congress support
• Experience supporting Health Systems/IDNs and/or LTC channels preferred

Mansioni

• Lead Health Systems and LTC marketing efforts across IDNs, COEs, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs.
• Develop value + access materials using RWE/HEOR/HCRU data.
• Create tools for EHR interventions, transitions of care, and discharge discussions.
• Develop account-planning resources and LTC core visual aids.
• Coordinate materials for congress and KOL engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure materials comply with MLR review and U.S. healthcare laws.
