Qualifications

• 10+ years in patient support, patient engagement, or market access communications.
• Experience in biopharma or healthcare with cross-functional influence.
• Experience navigating Medical, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for patient experience and program communications across Pain Patient Support.
• Translate complex access and reimbursement processes into clear messaging.
• Shape long-term vision and annual plans for patient support communications and onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with HCP Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Market Access Strategy, and Trade Strategy for consistent messaging.
• Develop integrated communications, tools, and resources for education, access, and fulfillment.
• Lead creation of patient-centric resources across print, web, email, and digital channels.
