Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo US is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end contracting documentation and payment processes for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to ensure compliance with global and US guidelines. The role supports aggregate spend and transparency reporting, serving as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.

You will review contracts, manage invoicing, and coordinate with Legal, M&E, and business units to uphold data integrity and timely payments,

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required; Bachelor's is preferred.
• Experience in HCP engagements or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HCP contracting requirements and ensure compliance with US and non-US guidelines.
• Review and process HCP invoices and expenses for accuracy and timely payments.
• Maintain data integrity in HCP systems and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal and M&E teams on contracting and policy guidelines.
