Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Compliance Advisor to provide timely and accurate payroll compliance guidance and deliver payroll solutions that enhance client value. The role includes mentoring payroll staff and leading process improvements to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.

The position requires strong payroll knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel to client sites to support projects and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive payroll or relevant business experience is required.
• Strong proficiency and experience in payroll administration and practices; knowledge of payroll laws.

Responsibilities

• Acts as trusted advisor and client service professional for payroll compliance.
• Troubleshoots, educates clients, and develops partnerships with stakeholders.
• Identifies and implements process improvements in payroll delivery.
• Mentors payroll team members and supports Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Travels to client worksites for meetings, training, and recommendations.
