Job summary

McKesson in Richmond, VA, seeks an HR Integrations IT Specialist/Engineer to design, build, and monitor automated data interfaces between Dayforce HCM and ERP/payroll systems. You will own end-to-end data flows, real-time and batch processing, and ensure security and compliance.

You will work with Dayforce APIs, iPaaS tools, and secure file protocols, partnering with IT security to maintain JML provisioning, 834 EDI feeds, and GL exports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of hands-on Dayforce HCM integration experience.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Dayforce data integrations (XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, Webhooks).
• Configure iPaaS integrations (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Workato) to connect Dayforce with enterprise systems.
• Build secure file exchanges using SFTP/FTPS with PGP encryption.
• Monitor integration logs, resolve payload failures, and enforce security controls across interfaces.
• Lead SDLC governance and change management for integration builds.
