Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive enterprise business-application experience.
• Five+ years supporting HCM, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, human resources, benefits, or related platforms.
• Two+ years leading application or functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-application leadership and governance for Augusta Health's HCM environment (UKG and related platforms).
• Lead the application team, governance, and security for payroll, HR, timekeeping, and analytics.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operations to translate requirements into controlled, scalable solutions.
• Oversee upgrades, changes, testing, and data integrity across the HCM portfolio.
