Education and Experience Recommended

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an accredited institution

Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based solutions; talent management experience a plus

• Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and digital solutions
• Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• Deep Organizational Knowledge (preferred, but not required): Understanding of organization management and culture, specifically roles versus user roles and their interactions
• SaaS Platform Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• Technical Skills: Experience with solution design, configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies. Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solutions
• Collaboration: Ability to work with HR, IT, and project teams
