About the Job:
The HCM Business Analyst Payroll plays a key role in managing and optimizing payroll systems in partnership with the payroll team within the organization's IT systems. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of payroll processes by maintaining system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating smooth data flow. Individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance payroll-related systems, contributing to the overall effectiveness of IT operations.
