Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher education.
• Certified Professional Coder (C-CPC) required or within 12 months.
• Clinical documentation review & risk adjustment coding experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with providers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage risk adjustment visit workflows and scheduling.
• Perform pre-visit chart reviews to validate ICD-10-CM diagnoses.
• Conduct post-visit documentation analysis for ICD-10-CM coding accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS risk adjustment regulations and HCC models.
• Audit, report, and monitor risk adjustment performance with leadership.
