Job summary

Hills & Dales | Supported Community Living seeks a Training Facilitator to support, train, and mentor staff, promoting high-quality, person-centered services for adults we serve.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, delivering training on care practices and safety, performing QA checks, and ensuring health, safety, dignity, and life quality for participants. The role also supports supervisors and provides direct support when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of direct support experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, QBS, Medication Manager, and required state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Observe and coach staff to ensure person-centered support and goal implementation.
• Train and retrain employees on care practices, safety procedures, documentation, and medication administration.

• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, QBS, Medication Manager, and required state certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
